Conditions of Use

Hi everyone

Welcome to eff-bombs! Please read the following terms & conditions of this site to ensure that both you and I have a pleasant and enjoyable online transaction. I’ll try to keep this simple and quirky so no one falls asleep midway.

General
- eff-boms for now is actually run by me, myself & I. Yes, this is a one (wo)man show.
- Please do not CHECKOUT if you do not intend to pay for the order. I do not take back outs lightly. Those who do so will be blacklisted.

While I will take every possible care to attend to every matter in record timing, please excuse me if I may have been delayed.

Reasons for delays (I promise not to mis-use them)
- Orders piling up
- Overseas : I travel alot to hunt for fun fashion stuff very often. During such times, emails will definitely be replied, orders will still be taken, processing the order however will have to wait till I get back.
- ill and by Doctor’s orders : I’m only human...

Payment
- All payments must be made in 2 days or your orders will automatically be canceled and item be relisted.
- Email me (name, receipt/bank slip, order no.) once payment is made. Failure to do so may result in order mix ups and delays.

Shipping
- Shipping is done from Monday - Friday (unless I’m not in town)
- I use only Poslaju.
- I will not be responsible for wrong addresses. Additional charges must be made for resend.

Photographs & Artwork
- Since I took all the time to snap the photos, photoshop them and design the artwork found in this site, please do not abuse them by re-using them without prior consent from me ok? Just ask, I wont bite.
- Custom designs will not be re-produced to the general public unless you give me the authority to do so.

I might just add on clauses in here as time goes by if more & more people get funny ideas on how to make my life difficult. Hopefully this case is just my paranoia.
